This tunic shows clear signs of intensive use. Both arms have been replaced at some point (the fabric used matches very well) and there are repairs on the front and back.
The tunic comes with its breast eagle, collar tabs and obergefreiter rank patch on the left arm.
Alle the buttons are present and the 2 shoulders-strap buttons are marked with the number '6', which inidicates the owner of this tunic served in the sixt kompanie.
The inside is in used but good condition. The pouch for the bandage packages (on the right inside) is present as are all the buttons (in- and outside).
It's size marked, depot marked 'M' (Münich) dated '36' (1936) and maker mark (hard to read)'.
The tunic is also unit marked '6./K.R.17' which indicates the soldier served in the '6.Radfahr Schwadron Kavallerie-Regiment 17'.
The 6.Schwadron was used in August 1939 to form the 2.Schwadron Aufklärungs Abteilung 10 which was part of the 10.Infanterie-Division.
Not an easy to find model and priced according its condition.
