The canteen and the felt cover are marked with the makers code 'ESB', which indicates the maker is 'Eduard Sommerfeld' from' 'Berlin' and dated '1942'. The canteen comes with a black bakelite lid and cup which are also marked. The felt cover has a tear but it is almost not visible when the bakelite cup is on the bottle
Overall a very nice canteen.
