A very nice set of 2 Wehrmacht Sanitäts ID-cards in used, but very good condition.
Both cards show overall normal signs of wear. These are white linen cards both named to Krankenträger Ernst Wellhöner. One card was issued on the 15th of September 1942 when Ernst was a soldier. The second cards was issued on the 1st of January 1945 when Ernst was a Obergefreiter.
The 1945 card is marked with Feldpostnummer 36829 which revers to 1.Sanitäts-Kompanie 853.
This card was used to indentify that Ernst is entitled to the Geneva's badge. That means he can wear a white stamped armband with a red cross and is therefor under the protection of articles 9,12 and 13 of the Geneva Agreement.
