The overall condition of this M43 Field Cap is excellent (near mint!). Both the interior and exterior are made of Italian fabric. The wooden buttons (one of which was replaced/reattached at some point) are also of Italian origin, as is the very rare Italian BeVo 'trapezoid' cap eagle that was period machine-applied.
The interior shows light signs of use. Some light wear marks can be seen on the interior rim. The cap is marked but difficult to read. We measured the size and it is approximately 52.
All in all an excellent and hard to find Wehrmacht m43 Einheitsfeldmütze made of foreign (Italian) fabric/material.
