Beautiful Heer Officers Crusher Cap or 'Knautschmütze'.

This Crusher Cap has a real 'been there' patina. It is definitely used but not abused and has a lovely worn shape. The exterior fabric shows a few small moth bites on the side and back, but these are not really annoying to the eye. The cap is complete with a set of hand-applied very early (and rare!) wehrmacht flat-wire officers insignia set. The leather sweatband on the inside is completely present, supple and solid (you can enven unfold it). The size of the cap is approx. 53.
Hard to find and very desirable cap which would be an awesome addition to any collection.
