The set shows overall signs of wear. Both the gasmask as the canister are marked with the same number on the nose and canister. The canister is marked with the makers logo on the inside and dated 1943. Also contains remains of a nametag. It contains most of its original color which was period reapplied. A thicker, rautarn like, paint was used. The gasmask itself is a black rubber one which is in very good condition and complete with filter and all the straps. It's dated '1943' and has multiple markings on the in- and outside. The condition of the filter is good and also has multiple markings.
