The binoculars show overall normal signs of use. You can focus the lenses, but the visibility is foggy clear. The strichplatte in the right lens is visible. The right side is marked with, '6x30', 'H/6400' and the number 314073. The left side is maker marked 'dow' which means the maker is 'Optikotechna' from (former) Czechoslovakia. This company was forced to make optics for the German forces when they invaded the country. The company is now called 'Meopta' and is still producing optics.
The binoculars come with the original matching strap that is also marked 'dow' and dated 1942.
