Nice worn dog tag from a soldier who served in the Stab Batterie Leichte Flak Ersatz Abteilung 99.
The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows signs of wear. The Abteilung was formed in the summer of 1939 in Rust-Oggau with 5 batteries as Flak Ersatz Abteilung 99. In 1941 it was converted in to a Leichte Ersatz Abteilung. In 1942 it moved to Pardubitz (Czechoslovakia) where it was stationed untill the end of the war.
