Very nice Red Cross armband indentification card in used, but very good excellent condition.
the card shows overall normal signs of wear. It's named to Sanitats-Obergefreiten Alfred Kaleschke who served within the Kriegslazarett-Abteilung 614. The unit fell under the command of the military commander of Belgien/Nordfrankreich in Brussels. In late 1944 the lazarett moved to the area of Lochem, the Netherlands (see the last 2 photographs, these where 2 of the buildungs the Kriegslazarett-Abteilung 614 occupied).
The card is dated 31.August 1944.
This card was used to indentify that Walter is entitled to the Geneva's badge. That means he can wear a white stamped armband with a red cross and is therefor under the protection of articles 9,12 and 13 of the Geneva Agreement.
