Very nice press photograph in very good condition of Knight's Cross winner Generalmajor Albert Buck.
The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. It's complete with caption on the back. The moment the photograph was released Buck was Kommandeur 198.Infanterie-Division.
Buck earned the Ritterkreuz on the 17th of July 1941. He also earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold, Ostmedaille, Wehrmachtbericht and some other medals/awards. Buck was killed on the 6th of September 1942 when the vehicle he sat in was hit during a Russian attack.
