Very nice press photograph in very good condition of Oberst Albrecht Wüstenhagen
The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. It's complete with caption on the back. The moment the photo was taken Albrecht was Kommandeur Artillerie Regiment 129. Here he looks through the scope of an artillery piece. He was named by his soldiers Der 'Spezialist'.
Albrecht earned the Ritterkreuz on the 2n of December 1942. He was also the wearer of the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold (March. 1942). His actions of why he earned the Knight's Cross can be found on the net.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated 28.12.1942.
