The photo shows overall normal signs of storage wear. Its complete with paper caption on the back. Hugo was the Befehlshader der Legion Condor during the Spanish Civil War that started in July 1936. When this photograph was taken Hugo was Oberbefehlshaber Luftflotte 3.
