The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. The moment this photo was taken Heinrich Lindemann was commander of the 18.Armee and here he is greeting Spanish volunteers.
Lindemann earned the Ritterkreuz on the 5th of August 1940 as commander of the 36.Infanterie-Division, and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in August 1943. The other general on the photo is General der Artillerie Wodrig who was also wearer of the Knight's Cross.
On the right we see the commander of the Spanish 'Blaue Legion' Augustin Munoz Grandes.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated 25.7.1942.
