Otto earned the Ritterkreuz on the 24th of June 1940 as commanding General of the II.Flak-Korps. And he earned the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub on the 10th of May 1944, 4x Wehrmachtbericht, Ostmedaille, Ehrenbecher, Ordinul Virtutea Aeronautica - Commander and more.
