Very nice and very rare Reichswehr/Wehrmacht Reversible 1st Pattern 'Windjacke' in used, but good condition.
This mountaintroop jacket has definitely seen some action. It shows wear and some stains/tears (see the photos) on both sides. It's complete with all the buttons (most have been replaced).
It's (vaguely) size marked, unit marked 'I.R.7' (Infanterie Regiment 7) and dated '1927' on the inside (white side) of one of the pocket flaps.
Infanterie Regiment Nr.7 'Khevenhüller' was an Austrian regiment, part of the 7.Infanterie-Division which became part of the Wehrmacht in 1938. Regiment Nr. 7 was used to form Gebirgsjager Regiment 139.
Very hard to find Windjacke!
See the last photo for some period reference.
