It is in excellent condition and shows only some normal signs of use. Nicely maker marked by 'Berndorfer Metallwaarenfabrik Arthur Krupp'. It also has a silver marking and capacity mark '35cl'. This pitcher was made for and used in an 'Heeres-Erholungsheim'
A 'Heeres-Erholungsheim' was (most of the time) a hotel converted during the war into a convalescent home for wounded soldiers on their way to recovery.
The pitcher is approximately 13.5cm high
Beautiful and very interesting piece of tableware.
