The brooch shows overall normal signs of wear. It was issued to a member of the Reichsfachschaft Deutscher Hebammen or Reich Association of German Midwives. It's complete with pin on the back and nicely marked 'Ges.Gesch'. The wreath around the brooch is made out of silver and has the '800' silver marking. The brooch measures 42mm.
This grade of the badge is very hard to find.
