The meter shows overall normal signs of wear. The wooden housing is solid. Very nicely marked on the side with a large Kriegsmarine acceptance stamp. We've not tested it. There is movement in the white dial when you move the meter. At the bottom there is a slide for the battery. The piece measures 17,5cms*16,5cms*4cms.
