Very nice and very hard to find Gebirgstruppe (Jäger/Gebirgsjäger) 'M34 Feldmütze, also called a 'Schiffchen' or Side Cap.

The overall condition of the cap is very good. Shows normal signs of wear (see the photos). The cap comes with a period applied green, so called 'soutache' , which is the highly sought-after waffenfarbe color of the Gebirgsjägers.
The cap is completed with a set of period hand applied (early) eagle and cockade. The lining on the inside is intact and maker marked by 'Clemens Wagner' from 'Braunschweig', dated 'Feb '39' and size marked '54'.
Excellent and hard to find cap!
