The stickpin shows overall normal signs of wear. It's complete with pin. Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment 113 was formed in August 1938 with the Stab and I.Abteilung. During the mobilisation the I.Abteilung was used to form the I.Abteilung Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment 111 and the I.Abteilung Gebirgs Art.Rgt. 113 was disbanned short after.
The II.Abteilung Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment 113 was formed in May 1940, but shortly after (in June) used to form Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment 118.
Gebirgsjager regiment unit stickpins are very hard to find, especially of a unit that did not exist for long.
