The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in Bäckerei Halb Kompanie 164. 'Halb' stands for Half, so it was half a company. The 'A' on both parts of the tag stands for the bloodtype of the soldier.
