Rare 3,7cm Flak 42 Kriegsmarine Patronenkasten (1945!)

The container shows overall normal signs of wear. It still contains most of it's original grey Kriegsmarine paint. The lid is marked with a WaA marking, a 3-leter code 'qzo' and dated 1945!
The container itself is marked on the side with '3,7cm 42', 'qzo' and '45' (year of production: '1945'). This container used to had a rack inside that stored 25 rounds. The 3,7cm 42 canon was mounted on (large) German vessels such as Sperrbrechers, minesweepers, battleships and on the U-Boot types VI and XI.

Unlike the 3,7cm C/30 Flak container we had for sale some time ago (click here), this container of the type 42 is a bit shorter in height. 

A Very hard to find item, especially in this condition.
