The overall condition of this Schirmmütze is used but good. It has a lovely shape. The visor cap has some mothing on the piping, but this is not really annoying to the eye.
The cap comes with its officers chin strap, aluminium wreath and eagle and the desirable vented cockade. Some insignia may have been replaced at some point. The inside is also in used but good condition. The visors valve shows some nice ‘thumb wear’ from putting the cap on and taking it off on the inside. The leather sweatband is present and faintly marked (due to wear): 'Erel, Patent Stirnschutz'. The sweat diamond is also present, and you can see the manufacturer's logo and markings: 'Offizier Kleiderkasse, Berlin, eReL Sonderklasse, Extra'.
