The lot consist out;
- A marriage permit. Its dated 2.Januari 1940 whilst Ewald served in Panzer Abwehr Abteilung 1. This abteilung was formed in October 1934 and was part of the 1.Infanterie-Division. It participated in the invasion of Poland and after that saw combat on the Western front.
- A promotion to the rank of Obergefreiten. The document is dated 10 November 1941. At this time Ewald in the 2.Kompanie Panzer-Jäger-Ersatz-Abteilung 9.
- Notification+ envelop saying that Ewald has been transferred to the Stabskompanie Panzer-Jäger-Ersatz-Abteilung 9 after hospital discharge. Dated 28.10.1941.
- Dienstzeitbescheinigung or Period of service certificate 1.12.1939 - 7.4.1942.
