The dog tag shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to Karl Zitzen who served at the Marinestation Nordsee (N). He enlisted in 1940. The 'E’ means 'Ergänzungsausbildung Marineartillerie'.
The 'A' on both parts of the tag stands for Karl's bloodtype.
