The medaille shows overall no signs of wear. It contains all of its original finish. Complete with long ribbon. The ring is marked with number '61' which indicates it is produced by Rudolf A. Karneth & Söhne from Gablonz, which is a pretty hard to find maker when it comes to the Ostmedaille.
Hard to upgrade.
