The overall condition of this set is very good. The cup, the leather carrying harnas, the canteen, the canteen lid and the feltcover are all marked with the same maker code 'CFL'. Every piece is also marked with with the year of production '1937'. The hook of the canteen carrying strap is marked 'L&F'. The leather carrying strap which is almost always missing, is present, supple and solid. It's nicely unit marked '9.Batterie Artillerie-Regiment 8'.
1 Liter Medical canteens with straps this early and fully matching are not easy to find.
