The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the M.K.K. Flakkaserne Menden. This was the base of the II./Flak Regiment 24 and the reserve/training troops of the Luftwaffen-Bau-Ersatz-Bataillon VI and Kraftfahr-Ausbildungs-Abteilung 5 der Luftwaffe since October 1936.
After the war the British used the base.
'M.K.K.' stands for Militärisches Kasernen Kommando.
The tag is broken but complete.
