The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a person who served within the Luftwaffe Haupt Munitions Anstalt Speck. This was a Luftwaffe ammunitions depot in the area of Speck (today Poland). They started building the depot in the year 1936. They manufactured ammo up to 2,8cm and airbombs up to 250kg. Later in the war components of the V1 were also manufactured and assambled there.
From 1941 on the German used prisoners of war for the labor.
In this case the 'A' on the tag doesn't stands for the bloodtype but it is a designation for a civilian employee of the warehouse.
