The overall condition of the dogtag is excellent. It belonged to a soldier who severd in the Leichte Reserve Flak Batterie 357. This Batterie was used to form the 2.Batterie Leichte Flak Abteilung 981 in 1941. It was stationed in Cherbourg. In 1943 it was moved to Marseille. During the invasion of Southern France by the Allies in 1944 the unit saw fierce combat and got destroyed in Toulon.
