The overall condition of the photo is very good. Its a photo taken of a Wehrmacht officer of the transport or 'Nachschub' branch. He's wearing his schirmmutze and uniform. He earned the eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse (according to the ribbon) and he is wearing the Eisernes Kreuz 1.Klasse on his tunic. The size of the photo (incl frame) is 41cms x 51cms.
