The card shows overall normal signs of wear. It was issued to Sanitäts Gefreiten Hans-Joachim Grinda who served within the Kriegsmarine. It's dated 22.10.1944.
Nicely stamped with a stamp of the Oberkommando der Kriegsmarine.
This card was used to indentify that Hans is entitled to the Geneva's badge. That means he can wear a white stamped armband with a red cross and is therefor under the protection of articles 9,12 and 13 of the Geneva Agreement.
