It's in used but good condition. Has a lovely patina. Couple of small holes. Nicely maker marked 'Buntstoff Berlin', marked 'Göschen 50x85' and marked with the Kriegsmarine eagle.
The flag is printed on fabric that would be used for a Reichskriegsflagge, hence the shadow printing of such a flag on one side.
