The set is in used, but good condition. Overall normal signs of wear. Complete with all leather parts. One piece is a bit dry, the rest is quite supple. All buttons are present. 3 Have been replaced. The bag is depot marked 'B.A.K.' (Bekleidungsamt Kiel) on the inside and dated 13.3.1939. The soldier marked it 'O.2554/E.S.40' which stands for Marinestation Ostsee, the his personal number '2554', 'E.S'. is Seemannische Laufbahn and '40' is 1940, the year he enlisted.
The strap is a perfect match with the bag. Unmarked.
