The badge or 'Abzeichen' shows overall normal signs of wear. Seems a bit disformed?, but all is solid. Complete with needle on the back. Issued during the Kreistag der NSDAP Lumburg unterlahn in 1938. Nicely marked on the back by th maker 'Richard Sieper & Söhne' from Lüdenscheid.
