The badge or 'Abzeichen' shows overall normal signs of wear. It was issued during the 'Kampfspiele der Schwäbisch Hitler-Jugend' in that took place in July 1939. It's complete with working pin on the back. Nicely marked 'RZM M9/60' which means it was produced by Paulmann & Crone from Lündescheid.
