The photograph shows overall signs of storage wear. Mainly on the right edge. It's complete with paper caption on the back. It shows Adolf Hitler awarding the Eichenlaub to 3 Luftwaffe pilots.
From left to right;
Hauptmann Hans 'Assi' Hahn. Earned the Ritterkreuz in September 1940 and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in August 1941 while serving with the Jadgeschwader 2.
Oberleutnant Hans Philipps. Earned the Ritterkreuz in October 1941, the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in August 1941 and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub und Schwerten in March 1942 while serving with the Jagdgeschwader 54.
Oberleutnant Heinrich Bär. Earned the Ritterkreuz in July 1941, the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in August 1941 and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub und Schwerten in February 1942 while serving with the Jagdgeschwader 51.
