Details

The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. The General z.b.V. IV. Ersatzdienst Betreuungs-Helferinnenschaft belonged to a medical service volunteer. This branche is also known as "Women's Auxiliary Service for Medical and Domestic Services". They were responsible for arranging the life of a German soldier and were under the direct authority of the Wehrmacht.
Nicely marked with 'Bl.Gr.A' which stands for Blutgruppe A. The tag comes with orignal neckcord.
