Very nice Gebirgsjäger Fahnenjunker-Feldwebel portrait in very good condition.
The photograph shows overall minor signs of wear. The soldier is wearing his field tunic and Bergmütze (note the separated cap eagle and cockarde). The ribbon for his Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse is attached trough his second button hole. The number '100' on his shoulder straps tell us that this soldier served within the Gebirgsjager Regiment 100 as an Fahnenjunker-Feldwebel. The size of the portrait is 7cm * 10cm. On the back it's dated Jan.45 (January 1945) and taken in Landeck (Austria).
