According the notice Hans (born 8.nov.1914) died on the 20th of February 1945 during combat against 'Banditen' partisans in Perkunivrh, Slovenia. The units under the 188.Gebirgs-Division where active in this region, so Hans must have been a soldier within one of these units.
Hans served the Wehrmacht 6 years before he got killed. He fought in Poland, France, Greece, Norwegen and Russia. He earned the EKII,Ostmedaile and Verwundetenabzeichen.
