The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served within the Flakkaserne Hamburg-Othmarschen (or Osdorf) Kas.Vorst. (both are districts within Hamburg). What 'Kas.Vorst.' means we are not sure, but it could stand for Kaserne Vorstadt.
Hard to find tag.
