Very nice dark brown leather Luftwaffe equipment belt in used, but very good condition.

The belt shows overall normal signs of wear. The leather is supple and solid. Marked by the maker 'Franz Brehme' from Walsrode and dated 1937. The belt has so-called hidden stitching which means you can't see the stitching of the size adjustment tongue on the outside of the belt. It's unit marked with 1.Batterie Flak Regiment 61. and has also a vague depot stamp which reads 'L.B.A.B.37' which stands for Luftwaffebekleidungsamt Berlin 1937.
The I.Abteilung Flak Regiment 61 (1.-5.batteries) was formed in October 1937 in Wismar. In September 1939 the I.Abteilung of the regiment was linked to the 4.Armee and operated in Poland. In May 1940 it was part of the II.Flakkorps and operated in France and in the autumn of the year it was stationed in Dunkirk.
In January 1941 it was stationed in Rumania and in May in Greece. In the Winter of 1942 until the end of the war it operated on the Russian front. 
The length of the belt is approx. 98cms.
