The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall nornal signs of wear. The number L.51852 revers to the 8.Kompanie Luftnachrichten Regiment 204. The 8.Kompanie was the 8.Flugmelde-Leit Kompanie at Osterburg/Altmark and formed in May 1943 in Stendal. In October it was renamed into the 8.Kompanie Luftnachrichten Regiment 218. Is was stationed at Altenburg near Krems/Donau and in September 1944 it was renamed into the 13.Kompanie Luftnachrichten Regiment 238 and stationed in Altenburg.
