Very nice EKII award document awarded to Unteroffizier Alfons Hartmann.The overall condition of the document is very good. Folded in the middle. The Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse was awarded on the 10th of December 1944 to Unteroffizier Alfons Hartmann who served in the 1st Kompanie of Pionier Bataillon 347. This unit fell under the command of the 347.Infanterie-Division. This division was formed in October 1942 in the Netherlands in Ymuiden. In July 1944 unit of the division where send to Hirson and Charleville, but they where partially destroyed. In October 1944 it was reformed. The document is signed by Generalleutnant und Kommandeur der 347.Infanterie-Division Wolf Trierenberg. Wearer of the Ritterkreuz des Eisernes Kreuz.
