Very nice and hard to find Artillerie Regiment 6 marked Reichswehr period k98 ammo pouch in used, but good condition.
The pouch shows overall normal signs of wear. The leather is supple and solid. No weak spots. All the partitions on the inside are present. Nicely maker marked on the back by 'Hohmann & Sohn' from Kaiserslautern and dated 1932!
The pouch is also unit marked 9.batterie Artillerie Regiment 6. This regiment goes all the way back to January 1921. The III.Abteilung (7-9.batterie) was stationed in Hannover. In October 1935 the III.Abteilung was used to form the III.Abteilung Artillerie Regiment 22 and was part of the 22.Infanterie-Division. This division became 22.(Luftlande)Infanterie-Division in autumn 1939 and participated in the invasion of Holland in May 1940.
