The card shows overall normal signs of wear. Gottfried was a SS-Rotterführer Kraftfahrer serving within the 3.SS-Panzer-Division Totenkopf. He was killed in action in the area of B.Kirillowschtina. He is not transferred to a Volksbund military cemetery yet, but is suppose to be burried on the cemetery in Korpowo, Russia.
