Death notice of Obergefreiter Max Grübl who died in combat in February 1943 in Russia.
The card shows overall normal signs of wear. According to the additional information we've Max served in the 1.Kompanie Fallschirmjäger MG-Bataillon which was subordinate to 3.Kompanie Fallschirmjäger Regiment 4 and the Fallschirm Panzerjäger Abteilung.
Max was KIA on the 20th of February 1943 due to a bullet to the chest. He died in the area of Ssapscho-See North of Demidow, Russia.
