The booklet shows overall normal signs of wear. It's solid and complete with all pages. Named to a Heinrich Schäfer. On the last page we see that Heinrich served/was draften in the Sanitäts Ersatz Abteilung 6 and later served within Grenadier Ersatz Abteilung 256.
The booklet comes with its protection cover with is 99% of the time always missing.
