Very nice German military commemorative wall ornament in very good condition.

The ornament (framed tile) shows overall normal signs of wear. The text says, 'Wir trugen stolz das grau gewand zu schirmen unser Vaterland' or We proudly wore the grey uniform to protect our fatherland. In the top right corner we see a transinional helmet with decal, stick grenate and k98 rifle. It was probably issued in the second half of the Thirties, 1935/1937. The ornament measures 15,5cms*15,5cms.
