Very nice and rare version of a Wehrmacht promotion document in used, but good condition.

The document shows overall signs of wear. The document says that Unteroffizier Josef Weier, who served in the (Pioniere) Brückenkolonne B motorisiert 21, was promoted to Feldwebel as of 1 December 1943. Brückenkolonne B motorisiert 21 saw combat in the east as part of the 18.Armee. In late 1944 the unit became part of Heeresgruppe Weichsel. From Januari 1945 untill March 1945 Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler was the commander.
